If your case needs further assistance from a server administrator, we will direct the trouble ticket or the e–mail to the person in charge, without delay and will leave a note to notify you that more time will be required for reaching the best solution. And if you order our Managed Services package, all of the server administration services included there will be performed whenever you specify.
