When you’re much too busy working on your websites or developing your web applications, you hardly ever have enough time to keep track of what’s happening with the Virtual Private Server – if it’s overloaded or if all the processes are running properly. With our Managed Services solution, we’ll take care of this for you. Your VPS will be added to a custom–made monitoring software system and each time there is a sign of a problem, our skilled engineers will be warned momentarily.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup of all your data is compulsory – one never knows when something would go wrong. And having signed for our Managed Services package, you will take advantage of regular backups of your whole VPS, not only of your data, without you having to install or configure anything. Last but not least all the backup copies will be held on a server with many RAID–configured disk drives. This implies that your content will always be secure, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you wish your Virtual Private Server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you need to install & configure certain software applications on it. And if this seems like something way too difficult for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, part of our Managed Services package, is the perfect thing for your needs. With it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our qualified server admins who will install and configure any software package or solve any issue that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With our KVM VPS Servers, it’s an optional feature.
